GET TO KNOW PASTOR BRENT KIMBALL

Brent Kimball began in pastoral ministry in 1994. He has been the Lead Pastor of Citipoint Church since 2017. Brent has a bachelor's degree in Organizational Management from Northwest University and a master's degree in Ministry and Leadership from Western Seminary. He and Jessie have been happily married since 1991 and have 3 kids. Brent loves God and follows Jesus with all his heart.

When you're not in the office, what will you most likely be doing?

​If I'm not in the office, it is likely that I am in my study, in the outdoors, or just hanging out with Jessie and some friends.

What is your favorite movie?

​Remember the Titans! "What are you? Mobile. Agile. Hostile" "Will you ever quit? NO! We want some mo. We want some mo. We want some mo."​

What is something you and your family love doing together?

​Sitting by a pool with a strong cup of coffee and a good book.

What is your go-to coffee order?

​An Americano, and no, I don't want any cream in it.

What was your first job?

​Landscaping - $5 an hour, which was really good money for an 11 year old in 1982.

What was your favorite cartoon as a kid?

​Popeye - He was a happy guy who loved his girl, helped his friends, tried to get along with everyone, but took care of bad guys when necessary.​

Why do you love being a part of Citipoint Church?

​First, I love being a part of Citipoint Church because it is God's assignment for me. He has called me to this. Second, because it is a church that loves God and his Word and is serious about walking with Jesus together. Third, because I have an incredible leadership team around me who are my gospel partners and friends. Fourth, because I really like the Skagit Valley. It is a great place to do gospel work and to live. I could keep going, but that will suffice.
